1. prop 8 supporters want to invalidate same-sex marriages in anticipation of prop 8 becoming law. insult to injury, eh?
2. prop 8 supporters have obtained kenneth star as lead council for their legal battle(s). this is the guy who spent millions of taxpayer dollars proving clinton did, in fact, get a hummer.
